There is so much to talk about! The place is incredibly well done. They renovated the building and it looks like a luxury condo in the interior. We booked a unit for 5 day in Montreal and I honestly recommend everyone to try it here. We planned to book a hotel at first but this ended up better than expected. Its exactly like you own the place with privacy and organization. They got very humble reception and great services. The units are super clean, the washroom has everything you could ever think of, extra toilet paper, fist aid kit, lot of towels..., the kitchen has all types of glass, mugs, knives, plates and bowls. The decor in the unit is just cute. The neighborhood is safe and close to downtown. We get our fruits and snacks from dollarama and the supermarket across the street. I highly recommend it.
Any issues was delt with professionally and the manager went above and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible.
Not a great place to stay with a group of friends. The manager kept my 1000$ deposit claiming we were making too much noise. There was no party, just a small gathering. The music was barely playing on the TV and we were just casually talking but his “noise sensor” indicated that we were above his decibels limit all night. Are we supposed to whisper to each other? What do you expect when you have a group of people? We even asked a neighbour to confirm if we were disturbing him and he said absolutely not. The manager was not responsive at all. DON’T GO THERE. You’ll lose your money. Paying a 1000$ fee for noise only is way out of line.
