It’s a shame the place was really nice. My girlfriend booked here for my birthday and clearly stated that 4 people were coming. After a 6 hour drive from toronto we get there and we get in the spot. The knocks on our door after the curfew to tells us we aren’t allowed 4 people in the room. I understood if he told us prior to curfew but he came after and we weren’t trying to get fined. Anyways long story short story, he called the cops cuz we refused to leave, even the cops thought it didn’t make sense. I just don’t get how we clearly state 4 people are coming and he waits til after curfew(where if we are caught outside, we’ll get fined) to leave.
Horrible experience. I had to cancel my stay because I wanted to surprise my boyfriend and turns out he wasn't available. I asked for a refund and they denied it. I thought there was cancellation fees but those cancelation fees are 60% of the price of your stay lol So I asked to change the check in date so I wouldn't lose all my money that they didn't reimburse me. They denied my request. Actually I called, emailed, used the chat and all I had was a two sentence answer from the chat "we cannot reactive your reservation" "contact booking.com". I contacted booking.com and they told me it was their responsibility to take care of my request and a modification shouldn't be a problem. I feel robbed. This shouldn't be legal. I think in a pandemic you should make people stay or want to stay but now I know I will never book again at this place and will certainly advice my friends no to either. Worst mistake and won't do it again
My stay at the Lofts Milton Parc was absolutely wonderful and better than I had expected. I had rented a room as a staycation for my birthday. Within those two days, I had friends come and go to wish me a HBD. At one point however, I did go over the permitted capacity. Instead of simply kicking us out or deducting my security deposit, with the utmost professionalism, the security advised that after 11pm, only 2 people should remain in the room; which was respected. He was very understanding and cordial and even wished me a happy birthday.
The room looked exactly as it appeared to be online; probably even better. Very clean, a large space to move around, gorgeous his and her showers and beautiful wall art. The loft came with a full kitchen with all appropriate utilities. The location was convenient as it is situated near multiple stores, restaurants, saq, not far from transportation or the sqdc (lol).
They have great thick walls , to be honest we rarely; maybe even ever heard noise from neighbouring rooms.
Unlike other hotels there is no concierge, However, this is more of an independent loft style lodging. If you are familiar with Airbnb and are comfortable with it, this is definitely the place for you. Other than that, everything else was amazing. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who would like a place where they can get their money’s worth, loves privacy and needs a place to relax and unwind, especially in the mists of this pandemic!
The place is clean, very beautiful and the service is excellent!
Went for a 3 day retreat to Montreal and loved this suite. Close to a supermarket so you can make full use of the beautiful kitchen. If you enjoy walking it's less than 2km to the old port. Only a 10 dollar Uber ride to the heart of the old port. The bed was extremely comfortable and the washroom was a treat with the double shower!
