Very amicable staff members. This place feels like home. I think their morning breakfast is served with homemade fresh croissants? Holy so light and crispy and fluffy

Great location and very clean. There are many attractions nearby and it takes less than 3 minutes to walk to a subway station. There are many excellent food options nearby. This place would get a perfect score if it wasn't for some rude staff members. The first night I got a very kind and service-minded young receptionist, the second day however, there were some other extremely rude people from Africa working at the reception, they claimed they didn't speak English and when I spoke French with them they acted annoyed and were quite rude, I guess they couldn't wait to get back to their phones...
The staff was very welcoming and nice. The location of the hotel is also in the midst of downtown Montreal. The room was modern and clean except for the sheet. My guess was that their washing service wasn't able to remove a stain on blinding white sheets. Called front desk and we had clean sheets being put in our bed immediately without any trouble. The only reason it is net getting a 5 star is because of some loud hotel guests in the hallway in the middle of the night and the breakfast was average (not bad, just ok) bonus however is the parking at the back of the hotel. Which is very hard to come by in Montreal because of road constructions everywhere. I will definitely keep this one in mind for our next Montreal trip.
The rooms are great! The process of getting into rooms after hours could use some updating. The entry to hotel needs an update as there is no lobby. Juat looks like you enter a resteraunt. The young ladies helping us were very kind though.
