This hotel is absolutely stunning upon arrival. The decorations are aesthetically pleasing to the eye. The room i was staying in was very clean and classy. Additionally, the spa is still open even during this pandemic which is nice because I got to receive a 60min massage. The only issue I have with this hotel is pertaining an item of mine. A couple of hours after I check-out from the hotel, I realized that I forgot my necklace in the room. Since I knew exactly where I left my necklace, I called the hotel to inform them that I left my necklace there. I also had to insist on sending them a picture of my necklace. However, to my surprise the receptionist called me back hours later informing me that they were unable to find it. I am 99% sure that a staff member took it as they were cleaning the room. I am upset with that because it is a necklace I got as a gift. Therefore, if you are planning on staying at this hotel make sure you triple check that you have all your belongings upon departure especially your jewelry. That is because it seems as if they will keep your jewelry and claim that no one was able to find it.
This hotel is amazing. The Concierge staff was able to fulfill my special requests and were very kind. The room was comfortable and the beds were the best part! I will be returning just to sleep in those beds again.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful and the decorations were very tastefully done and looks amazing. The staff, particularly Nativité at the front desk was so friendly and welcoming and worked with me on any requests and accommodations in order to ensure I was able to enjoy my stay. The room was also absolutely beautiful and spacious with great amenities.
Service at the valet was great however you pay for a room and the valet is $35 each call and not quick at all because they have one guy working alone.
If you go out and come back, you have to sit in your car for 10+ minutes before you are address.
If you are looking for a full service hotel, this is not the one.
Also stayed fot 3 days any room service didn't show up once!
Definitely not a high-end choice.
I enjoyed my stay, the front desk was accommodating and responded to my needs when I requested certain amenities to the room. The room was nice, the lobby was nice, the hotel, in general, is quite mesmerizing. However, the sheets in the room concerning the bed were not really that comfortable, but that is my subjective opinion. In short, I would definitely come back to this hotel, considering how friendly the staff is and what not.
