I was looking the place for my kid and myself for a small vacation. And I think my choice was perfect. We were close enough to the city center to walk and 5 min walk to the subway station. Room was clean, we had everything and no complains. My LO loved our trip and wants to come back. Well, we'll see. :)
Made a reservation online with Expedia. Get there, exhausted from driving all day...and the front desk guy says to me... ”sorry, we don’t take online reservations because our system is down”...So I asked him, is it because the room was only $59 plus the deposit? And then he suddenly and miraculously the man who speak fluent English not moments before could only speak French!?!? Meanwhile, I am out the money as it was « non-refundable » on the website, and I had to find another hotel near by (Best Western) at 1am in the morning! Also: Contacted Expedia and they said they will be contacting this sketchy place soon but I honestly doubt anything will come of it...just Stay AWAY from this place!!
Very large and clean rooms. Quiet and location is great.
My son and I were in Montreal for the F1 GP. The hotel was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean and the room was excellent. There are not a lot of amenities here but we weren't here to spend our time in the hotel. The location is fantastic, close to everything that Montreal has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.
This past weekend a few friends and myself booked a room here on Booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel the door was locked and no one was answering. We called over 15 times and waiting for approximately 20 mins. We were not the only ones also waiting. The website says the hotel is open. We had to book a night at a different hotel and have not yet received our money from this one. Horrible experience, don’t recommend.
