Great hotel Nice staff the rooms are clean abd the view is waw ! I totally recommend
best Place to live in Montreal with reasonable price and quality. It is an second home for me in Montreal while travelling from USA. Parking might be little bit challenging, but that is common across Montreal downtown. :)
Room was super small and did not look like The pics online, the bathroom was basically a closet , location is quite sketchy, tv was tiny. For two people it was super crowded however the staff were awesome. The parking situation is just unacceptable. We paid for parking and then we were told the lot was a five min walk from the building. Not only did we get lost on the way back from the parking lot but we almost got robbed because the crowd around the hotel was just super sketchy and grimey. There was even a police scene right outside the hotel?? Of course this isn’t something the hotel could control however they could have informed us to just be careful. We booked for two nights but because the Hotel just didn’t work out for us they Cancelled the second night free of charge and we ended up going to another hotel that was roughly the same price and not too far from downtown that had a far better value in its dollar.
the morning and night staff were excellent. both gentlemen helped me find a flower store b everything I needed. they were extra helpful
Simply delightful. Accommodated my puppy and myself. Special kudos to Tanya and the staff.
