Stayed for one night in mid August. Room was big but the finishes were all damaged. Like how IKEA furniture gets. Shower was big but the head sucked and the soap holder was flimsy. No shampoo was given. Temperature control in room was really easy and worked well. Location was decent, close enough for a good walk to old Montreal though a club was on one side of the building and construction on the other. We chose club. Even during pandemic it was a little noisy. I thought the place was overpriced. But it worked.
The hotel is good. It is clean. The service is excellent. I stayed there with my family for the second time. Manager MS SABRINA is very good. I am happy for a good stay.
Great location. Nice décor. Friendly staff. Depending on the room you get, it can get noisy due to the nightlife/traffic on St-Laurent.
Amazing hotel beautiful and clean and especially during this time of covid. Amazing and helpful staff especially the lady who checked us in. Wish I remembered her name she deserves a promotion. She went over and beyond for us in every aspect. The rooms were really nice. Beds were nice and soft with amazing pillows.
I booked through Expedia and apparently I’m a gold member and VIP for this hotel but got treated less than normal. On the website they offered early check in, late check out and free upgrade upon availability. I checked in early and immediately the lady had an attitude telling me check in is at 4. She managed to find a room. I asked her if I can get a room with a bathtub in it and without looking or checking the system she immediately said there’s nothing! She just advised not to book with a 3rd party for that. (So far I love Expedia and never had an issue and no one advised me that before). The room was ok overall but the sheets had hair and not clean. I asked another lady and she got someone to change the sheets right away. The hotel is average but the customer service is 0. For me it’s important to have a good customer service experience. It bothered me what was on the website versus my experience. Definitely not coming here again! Not recommend it to anyone.
