Once we arrived I felt so comfortable & treated with care. This was our second stay & liked it even more. It is casually elegant & people are very friendly & happy to please you. Breakfasts were delicious with everything freshly made.The popovers are fabulous!. Dinners were so wonderful at LT steakhouse right off the hotel lobby. Drinks were so good crafted by Max at the bar. Rooftop pool is inviting & water warm to truly enjoy. So ready to return.
I stayed for a week at the Betsy and it was mostly really nice. I booked an ocean view room. Tip don’t do this. The ocean is across the street and across a park. I could see it but not worth any extra money, not what I would call a typical ocean view room. Besides that my room was very clean and nice. It’s loud in Miami but I was surprised at how quiet the room was, that is greatly appreciated!! Check in was easy and they gave me a cool Prosecco drink. The staff were all very nice however service at the pool bar, main restaurant and even bar was all super slow. Several servers told us they were short staffed which is unfortunate but kinda not what you expect from an upscale establishment. The yoga on the rooftop was amazing!! Highly recommend that! Both pools have nice, chill vibes. We spent a lot of time enjoying those. Overall a very nice stay but they could stand to work out a few kinks to make it a spectacular stay!!
My, my, my... Has The Betsy Ross changed since I first went. The decor and design are modern. There is a lounge area with a piano. The restaurant is inside now. The manager was extremely nice and definitely had a great experience. Great find!
Went to The Betsy for breakfast for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The menu did not offer a large selection but the choices were good. The breakfast sandwich I highly recommend. And, someone at the table next to us ordered the fruit dish and it looked amazing!
Peaceful oasis among the spring break madness.
Staff was the best! There was a mix up with our room, but the front desk took care of us so we were more than satisfied! 100% would go back.
Pro-tip, there is a delightful piano bar at night in the lobby with great cocktails (can’t go wrong with a Bombay Negroni).
