Nice and clean space. It is in a great location. However there is a private dance club playing music until 12 midnight. Not too bad because we were in the back of the hotel. Other than that really clean, bright natural lit rooms (ours was) and great staff. Also must list the price of the resort fee of $68 for 2 nights. That blew us away. Very expensive for towels and beach chairs that we never used. WIFI was not secured so didn't use that either.
Once we arrived I felt so comfortable & treated with care. This was our second stay & liked it even more. It is casually elegant & people are very friendly & happy to please you. Breakfasts were delicious with everything freshly made.The popovers are fabulous!. Dinners were so wonderful at LT steakhouse right off the hotel lobby. Drinks were so good crafted by Max at the bar. Rooftop pool is inviting & water warm to truly enjoy. So ready to return.
Stayed here for my birthday weekend which was on Thanksgiving, I got the Penthouse suite. I booked here through booking for 3 nights at first it was a little issues because when I was trying to check in the system was down. The black tall guy that worked at night helped out he went above and beyond for me. On my second night i was trying to add one more night it a Spanish lady told me I couldn't because all the groom's were full (which was a lie). I saw the black guy again and he added the night for me. I wish I got his name but you guys need to give him a raise lol his customer service skills was excellent. The room was beautiful loved everything and it was near everything didn't need to drive anywhere. I will book here again.
Enjoyed our recent stay here! We especially enjoyed our clean and quiet Superior Deluxe suite on the 3rd floor that I think was upgraded to a corner view room. Thank you! Never heard anyone the entire time and never even saw any other guests! Thanks for keeping the corridors of the hotel nice and cool. It was so refreshing after walking around in the heat. Loved having use of the stairs here so we didn't have to depend on an elevator. It would be nice if you had luggage carts for guests to use. My husband ( who doesn't mind elevators)could have used one when we checked in and out. Overall, great boutique hotel that I would highly recommend and return to on a future visit to South Beach. Hopefully, you'll be serving breakfasts again on our next trip!
I checked into a different hotel in South Beach and immediately left. I took an Uber to the closest Marriott property. I had no reservation, was tired of dragging my luggage around Miami. Francesca was so wonderful at check in, assigned a lovely room, and made me feel welcome in a new place. The room was more than I could have expected and the hotel is just lovely. The bar staff was welcoming and friendly when I went down to grab a drink and ask a few questions. I enjoyed the first few days so much I went down to the front desk to extend my stay where I met Jose who was just as professional and accommodating. Highly recommend this hotel for location but more so the wonderful team that makes this a great property. Thank you for turning my trip around entirely!
Always great! Once again Loews South Beach delivers. I stay at this hotel 7-10 times a year and have a great experience every time. The property located is great. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and super helpful. In particular, Kayla Parker in VIP services has always been great to work with.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were brilliant. Pam was very helpful especially when we had to leave our luggage. Rooms were nice. Location is excellent. Also offer sun loungers on beach with beach towels. Bar staff very friendly free cocktail on arrival. Would highly recommend a visit.
My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and clean. The rooftop pool/bar area was definitely our favorite. It was beautiful with comfy sunbathing beds and great views overlooking the beach. I also would like to express my thanks for the great customer service to the staff especially Isaiah and Christian. They did a wonderful job making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely will be returning here.
This hotel is a great find. Very clean, great location and amazing new restaurant downstairs. Mary and the other girls from the front desk were so accommodating with our surprise engagement stay. I am so grateful for selecting this hotel and highly recommend for those looking for comfort, service and cleanliness
Honestly, I am really surprised this hotel doesn't have a better rating. Its location in terms of proximity to everything; restaurants, shopping area, and a block away from the beach, is amazing. The place is beautiful from the outside and like most Miami hotels you have to walk past the restaurant to get to the lobby. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant but I wish we would have.
The staff was accommodating to our needs of a bigger room. The rooms are a bit small so this is meant for couples or 2-3 people per room. YOU WILL NOT BE HAPPY TRYING TO SPLIT A ROOM WITH 4-5 PEOPLE. THIS IS NOT THAT, GET AN AIRBNB.
The pool on the roof is so cute and they have a huge seating area with a cute little cabana. Amazing view as well. Plenty of space to hang out away from other patrons.
Definitely would stay here again.
I had a fantastic short getaway at the Sagamore Hotel. The room, pool, and service all exceeded my expectations. The hotel beach front was beautiful and perfectly pristine. Special thank you to Jennifer at the front desk who went above and beyond when there was an issue with my 3rd party booking service, as well as Jessica who was with the beach food/drink service who made me feel like royalty! Truly wonderful stay and I highly recommend.
A very friendly welcoming place to spend a couple of nights. All personnel are very well trained, accommodating and all done with a smile. Everything was handled with efficiency and attention to every detail was given. The food was delicious, and the view was wonderful while dining. Thanks for doing such an outstanding job to make my stay so pleasurable!
The beach area is spectacular to relax. Not only you can do swimming, but also, you can stroll around and have a picnic. The place is so safe because the security guards are always alert for any emergencies. This is one of the best places you can relax!
Beautiful hotel! Love the decor. Room was very clean and spacious. Got everything you need: working desk, super soft sheets, free bikes, coffee and water, and even a ceiling fan. Staff was nice and took the luggage upstairs for me. The lounge area is very calm and peaceful, and there's a nice garden by the pool.
We were worried about the curfew during Spring Break, but SLS was so fun and entertaining. Our server at the pool, Ladonna, was amazing! Her personality, her service and her vibes were just above and beyond. Jennifer was also amazing and very attentive. Glad we were here during the curfew and still managed to have a great time.
I feel bad only giving 4 stars because the service is 5 stars but the rooms are TINY and the bathrooms are even smaller. They really need to do some upgrades there. The overall cleanliness of the resort was fair. The staff was incredibly attentive though. The beach is great. The location is awesome and the view from our room over the pool was out of this world. We got the large balcony and it was totally worth it! Our balcony was amazing. We actually spent an entire day on it.
We just got home and we can't wait to go back! The location of the Marseilles is perfect. We had coffee on the beach each morning. The bartenders did a great job especially during happy hour! Any time we had any concerns they were immediately resolved by Damien. We really enjoyed hanging out in the cabana and listening to the music. A huge shout out to Luis who greeted us at the door and made us feel welcome.
Was here last year, saw 1 year old photos pop up on my phone and realized I forgot to write a review for this hotel.
The staff was super friendly! The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and a nice bathroom. AC was the best out of the 10 hotels we stayed at throughout our trip.
Very close to the beach, Ocean Drive, and restaurants.
Pool area wasn't all that. Saggy beds, this area needed some renovation. In hindsight we didn't really need a pool anyway.
Would definitely stay again.
The king suite w/ocean view was beautifully decorated and large enough for 3. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. If your looking for a place right on the beach, in the middle of all the Miami fun but still suitable for kids then this is it. The large pool is very clean, they offer food and cocktails while your sunning/swimming. There's also beds with covets if you don't want to be in the sun. The people that work at the pool always make sure you have clean towels and will do their best to get you lounge chairs/beds. The beach service wasn't quit as good as the pool service but it didn't matter that much. The grounds are so pretty you have tons of backdrops to take pictures. I would stay here again on my next visit to Miami Beach.
