I had a fantastic short getaway at the Sagamore Hotel. The room, pool, and service all exceeded my expectations. The hotel beach front was beautiful and perfectly pristine. Special thank you to Jennifer at the front desk who went above and beyond when there was an issue with my 3rd party booking service, as well as Jessica who was with the beach food/drink service who made me feel like royalty! Truly wonderful stay and I highly recommend.
Mickey & Jessica made our stay outstanding! They went above and beyond with sincerity, kindness and integrity. This is the Sagamore difference; they take such amazing care of their guests. Especially these two amazing people. Thank you!
Me and my girlfriend stayed there for the weekend all the staff was courteous and friendly, especially Jessica at the pool made sure we was always good and she was definitely a hard worker a dedicated employee. We also love the close access to the beach with the complimentary towels and chairs. And also that we are walking distance to Ocean Drive. Not one single bad experience, We would definitely stay at Sagamore again!!
Nice room, good vibe. But check in is at 4pm, which is already late in the day. To then push it to 5.30-6 pm for whatever reason is terrible for out of town travelers. At least have the decency to give those you force to wait a free drink or two. Had we checked in on time I'd give it 5 stars, but with hanging out in the bar and lobby, they lose stars.
We were having trouble booking on a top travel deals site so my girlfriend called them directly... they took incredible care of us. From the valets to the concierge to the beach side staff. The room was immaculate, wrap around balcony overlooking the pool and south beach. The complimentary bike rental was a great touch, something I would’ve never done on my own volition but was really one of the better moments of the trip. Anyways, we appreciate it and shoutout to Vaughn my Miami insider for the recommendation!
