We just got home and we can't wait to go back! The location of the Marseilles is perfect. We had coffee on the beach each morning. The bartenders did a great job especially during happy hour! Any time we had any concerns they were immediately resolved by Damien. We really enjoyed hanging out in the cabana and listening to the music. A huge shout out to Luis who greeted us at the door and made us feel welcome.
Really nice place to stay. The location is perfect, walking distance to anything you would want to do. Beach chairs and umbrellas are included and there is bar service on the beach. All the service staff were nice friendly attentive and just wonderful. And the backyard with two separate pool areas was beautiful and fun everyday. I would love to stay again.
Definitely a GREAT hotel right on Collins Avenue! Great location , right in the middle of plenty of restaurant's and even has its own. Staff is very helpful & attentive! Chris the operations manager went out his way to protect my piece of mind & exceeded my expectations. Do not be scared , BOOK BOOK BOOK ! I will be back when I land ! With love from Brooklyn xo
Online, the rooms were presented as new and nice. In actuality, the rooms were very small, bathrooms were comparable in size to cruise liner bathrooms. The rooms were hot and management would not answer phone. The only relief we had was the window unit. Our second room had no window unit. Revving engines from the street kept us up late late at night. Design of the hotel let us hear everything next door, and I mean everything. We could even hear water splashing against the wall as we walked down the hall.The hotel room walls, windows, and doors were old with unprofessional paint touch up jobs. The hot tub was cold. Parking was off site and $30 per night to park plus a 5 minute walk to get to your car, Chloe's cafe was great. Waiters were so attentive.water pressure was low in showers hotel was not luxurious enough for the price
From the minute we got to the hotel until we checked out. The staff was wonderful especially Damien and Luis The bartenders were awesome as well. Thank you to Chris for making sure our stay was nothing but the best. We will definitely stay again.
