Fabulous Hotel. I booked this very last minute on a Thursday night after a change in circumstances meant I had to stay in Liverpool. The location was perfect for the Centre, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and the room was very comfortable. It’s rare I find a hotel with a bed more comfortable than my own but this place was a winner. I will 100% stay again when I go to Liverpool and would totally recommend to anyone.
A really nice uplifting hotel, very nice helpful staff.. Very modern rooms the only problem with the room was that the walls were paper thin.. Breakfast was really nice service at breakfast was very good, friendly maitre dee..
I have booked the penthouse twice now and plan to stay again and again. It is an incredible two floor apartment with sooo much space! Great for a large group to have a private celebration it sleeps up to 8 very comfortably. The living area has floor to celling windows, with a nice heigh celling, an open plan lounge area and fully fitted kitchen. We decided to cook and stay in as the apartment is so well finished and really has all you need to have a lovely time with friends. Built in sound system for music works well. The bedrooms are all so spacious with high quality ensuite bathrooms in ever room. I can't reccomend it enough great value for money. The best the city has to offer.
Everything possible went wrong when we arrived BUT the staff went above and beyond to change our room and make sure we had everything we needed! For ever GRATEFUL to Kevin "the manager" lovely man that saved and made our weekend special! Thank you staff!

Difficult to find but warm welcome. Converted industrial building. Hotel is on 2nd floor, with recording studio on ground floor and apartments on other floors. Room comfortable. Tea/coffee available in room and fridge. Crockery and cutlery provided, I took my own breakfast of cereal, milk and fruit.
Nice place, it's the heart of the city centre. With lots of bar, clubs and cinemas around. Close to shopping centres. Private car park close by £16 for two days.
Value for money. The only downside is the flooded bathroom. Still waiting for my deposit.

Novotel Liverpool is a clean & safe hotel to stay in during these uncertain times. The reception staff welcomed us very well. Daniel was very helpful & thank him for his amazing customer service. Matt was also very helpful & quickly fixed an issue with the TV I was having. Overall great hotel & great service. I have stayed in numerous times & it never disappoints.
An amazing independent place to grab a bite to eat! The staff member on duty was really, warm and welcoming, and more than attentive to my needs, and she made suggestions tailored to my requests. A little out of the way of the hustle and bustle, so was not particularly busy at time of visiting. Food was cooked to perfection and could eat it again if I could! Reasonably Priced Too! Will definitely be coming back to this gem just a tad outside the city centre ❤❤

Nice, new apartment hotel. Really good value (under 70 quid) and location is great. No on site parking but secure car park 4 min walk away. The finish is a bit low rent and a few things need snagging but for the price you really can't complain. Picture of bizzare extractor that vents back into the room attached for laughs.
The location is perfect just across the road from bars and restaurants. This is quite a grand old hotel although the rooms are in need of a facelift ours was clean i think the place has a certain character about I've stayed here a few times would stay again
I stayed here for a night and could not have been happier. Its a hostel, but not far off hotel standard room. Was super clean, and the bed was very comfy. The staff were all really friendly and helpful too, not to mention taking social distancing seriously. QStupid me left a personal item behind, and I called to get it sent to me. Luckily, the chap I spoke with, Junior, was super helpful. He's boxed up.mybitem and printed the courier label for me so its ready to go. Hats off to you guys!! Defo recommend, its in a great location and reasonably priced.
