Reviews from visitors:
Great hotel, very friendly staff, and spotlessly clean rooms with amazing views - breakfast is excellent taken in the hotels restaurant but I'd give the restaurant a miss for dinner as there are so many restaurants a short walk away at Albert Dock providing a large variety of dishes to suit all palates..
There is plenty of parking in a nearby multi storey car park, with plenty of disabled parking spaces.
Amazing experience. Room and bathroom where amazing and so spacious! Money was really well spent!!!
The Pullman is such a lovely hotel, the location is perfect as its about 5 or so minutes away from the city center. The staff were really welcoming and attentive, despite the current circumstances, the rooms and other facilities are gorgeous, and the beds are super comfy! Brilliant time.
The Pullman hotel overall I thought was a lovely hotel. Location is great. 10mins walk to city centre. Nice and clean and had a modern feel. Room was modern and clean.
I upgraded our room to a waterfront view and the view was amazing. Room was decent size but just didn't flow. The layout was all wrong as there was no dressing table or place for the missus to sit and get ready (hair, makeup etc). She ended up next to the door on the floor. As this was the only place with mirror and a socket. She wasn't massively impressed. Oh and the room didn't have a bath which I presumed it would being a more expensive room.
Other little minor things like there was nowhere to hang coats up or towels. Plenty of space for hooks but nobody has thought of this. The TV was in the corner of the room but not opposite the bed. Difficult to enjoy Tele with it being on an angle. This should have a tilt bracket option. The room wasn't cleaned for us either in the daytime and nothing was restocked. We had to phone reception.
Breakfast was lovely. Nothing bad to say about it.
Overall I enjoyed it and it was a lovely hotel but the room cost me over £250 for 2 nights and it was the finer details which let it down.
Stayed here almost 5 weeks ago. Great stay hotel and staff where all great. Hotel room was fab, really enjoyed my stay here. Would recommend and would certainly stay again.
