Stayed here for years and every time it is wonderful! Staff are great, rooms are fab, everything is clean & well looked after and the location is perfect - cinema, restaurants & shops. Stayed here this week for the first ‘pandemic’ time & they did everything they should have. Clean, staff were all & always masked up, even lift was cleaned every 15 minutes. Well done Hilton Liverpool One team! See you next time!

We all felt safe during this 3 tier lockdown with everybody sticking to the rules and Hilton overseeing this!

Unprofessional duty manager ‘Rosie’. I pre-booked a premium suite in the hotel before their tier 3 was announced. I even phoned up on the day of tier 3 and spoke to Rosie who said it was ‘fine’ to come down. When we got there however, Rosie said we couldn't stay because of the new rules, but then when another couple came and checked in, they were greeted as normal and given their room number and key. I confronted her about this and she lied, saying that she ‘knew them’. I think it was just discrimination because we were a younger couple. I said i wanted to speak to someone higher up and Rosie replied there was no-one ( meaning she didnt want to get into trouble because of a complaint). Even if she did know this other couple, why isn’t she informing all her pre-booked guests that they cant stay? Rubbish duty manager, i will not be returning.
