Avoid!! Sound proof ?? Absolutely not! People partying in rooms, shouting, screaming & could hear other TVs/Music. Lots of banging and could feel the room shaking at times due to bangs. No one on reception to report. Would of gone home if we hadn’t had a few drinking.
The location is good and that's about it.
The rooms are damp and full of mould due to being underground with no proper ventilation and no windows.
The whole place stank of cigarettes and weed.
There was nobody at reception during our entire stay so we couldn't speak to anyone.
We left early as it was unbearable.
Absolute joke of a place. How they can call themselves a hotel i do not know. No one at check in. Phone numbers to call in case of emergency or check in all did not work. Dungeon of a room has literally no windows. Mould all over. Smelt of cigarette smoke and damp. I think i would rather stay in a 12 bed mixed dorm in a shabby hostel. Avoid this place at all costs.
Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff, room was clean with everything we needed. Great value for money.
