Nice place, it's the heart of the city centre. With lots of bar, clubs and cinemas around. Close to shopping centres. Private car park close by £16 for two days.
Value for money. The only downside is the flooded bathroom. Still waiting for my deposit.
Would have been five stars if we'd visited on a different day or later in the day but the lunch menu was too limited to stay so we just had drinks. Menu is excellent looking and the singing waitresses and waiters are fantastic. Just a shame we picked the wrong day, partly our fault for not noticing
The room was luxurious and was great to accommodate are party. However we had an issue the apartment would not let a friend in as there was an error writing down the name which spoiled our night. Bedroom is dimly lit. Bath was a great spa bathtub. The room speaker didn’t work but the staff brought us a portable speaker. Check in was easy and the desk staff were helpful.
The food here was a joke; I only got a small sandwich and croissant.
One time, the restaurant wasn't even open
In my room, there was broken glass in the sink, the cleaners left their cigarettes and the safe didn't work.
The beds were dirty, there were long hairs on them and my mate had a yellow stain on his bed.
The ceiling was disturbing. People kissing is not what I want to see before I sleep.
We were promised Netflix and bluetooth speakers which we didn't get.
Instead, we got a tiny quiet portable speaker that stopped working.
The location smells and there are nitrous oxide canisters everywhere.
100% would not recommend.
Art house is amazing our room is great for what we wanted. The food in the restaurant was bellow standard, the service was poor and the songs were average. The hotel reception was great and we would highly recommend the hotel but eat elsewhere.
