My partner and I stayed for his birthday and had a perfect stay! Josie on the desk was lovely and had great customer service skills. We both really need a night away together and we are both feeling super happy. We had a luxury hot tub room, comfy bed, very clean. Would love to stay another night! Only thing was the heating was on full and I was a bit chilly - take some warm socks if you get cold easily. The gentleman on the bar was in a good mood and very friendly too. Worth every penny!
Parking is absolutely horrible and they charge you £15 a night which is ridiculous. Hotel is a scam and takes your money!! We checked in and already paid and they made us pay an extra £400+ . Breakfast is lovely tho but dinner is an absolute no no. On the bright side the rooms are beautiful but apart from the rooms the hotel is a disappointment
Very nice, had problem with heating but the staff were great tried to fix it then moved us. Food in restaurant was very nice. Well done folks see you soon
I am a disabled lady , and had an accident in this hotel they admitted liability and now refusing to pay out compensation but Csn blow. Money left right and centre. It disgusts me thst I have had to fight with this hotel to get compensation thst I rightly deserve I am constantly in pain and in morph for psin. And they
The hotel was lovely but there customer service is absolutely shocking. I have messaged them as I have not received my deposit back despite making no damage to the room which they have confirmed is the case. When I have emailed to query this I have been brushed off and ignored, this has been going on for over a month. Absolutely scandalous
