Reviews from visitors:
Spacious and welcoming, payed £500 for 2 rooms for 3 nights in an outstanding room. Excellent service, amazing food and such good prices (especially in COVID).
Beautiful Beatles themed art in rooms.
Could not recommend enough, especially for Beatles Fans!
Can't wait to stay again :)
Stayed in a luxury room with balcony. Hotel location is fab, in walking distance to pretty much the whole city. Area is quiet and feel very safe (for 2 young women). They are only letting guests in the hotel so you know you are safe and must ring doorbell on arrival and be asked to let out, social distancing measures in place and everyone must wear masks through the lobby. Food is amazing (room service too). Room was very clean, balcony is one entire balcony along the side of a hotel which we loved!
Hotel staff are fantastic, had to wait an hour for our room but we got a complimentary drink and then just went out.
Want to mention 2 hotel staff in particular, Shaun and Tim have continued to be exceptional throughout our stay. Absolutely amazing stay and will definitely be back next time we visit Liverpool! Love from your 2 favourite Yorkshire girls!
Cheap... and you get exactly what you pay for.
No fridge/mini bar. Stains on the egg chair and all up walls (which the nice down lighting really emphasised). Supposed to be a double bed but there’s an uncomfortable crease down the centre of the mattress(es?). Staff where nice enough on arrival, but barely gave us the time of day on departure. There were no plug sockets next to the mirrors for getting ready - and no light near the main mirror in the room. The room itself looked very dated and nowhere near as nice as the photos looked on Booking.com. Would not stay here again or recommend to friends.
The room was really nice and clean. Unfortunately the breakfast was a major disappointment. The bacon was disgusting, smelly and BLACK like it had been left off the fridge for days. Also the eggs were really undercooked. It would otherwise have been a great experience
Stayed here for for my girlfriends birthday and she had a lovely time, front of house staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.. breakfast was really nice .. everyone sticking to covid guidelines. We did notice some dried on toothpaste in the bathroom unfortunately but that's the only negative to mention!
