Nice, new apartment hotel. Really good value (under 70 quid) and location is great. No on site parking but secure car park 4 min walk away. The finish is a bit low rent and a few things need snagging but for the price you really can't complain. Picture of bizzare extractor that vents back into the room attached for laughs.
We chose this place to stay for a night because of good prices and central location. We had the basic room and it had all the facilities we wanted, including a big and modern bathroom. The building is situated right on a very busy pedestrian street, but even though our room was facing the street, there was no problem with noise.
Unfortunately, this is everything good I have to say about the place. The reception staff were not very attentive and couldn't answer the few basic questions we had. The atmosphere is not very friendly in the building, with drunk people going up and down the halls and the lift, and groups of rude smokers blocking the entrance and shouting if you attempt to pass between them. But perhaps most importantly, our room wasn't cleaned properly, in the middle of a pandemic! The bed sheets were dirty and the pillow cases still had make-up from previous occupiers on them!
I would not recommend Quest unless solely for budget reasons.
We had a problem with the booking (our flight was canceled due to covid) and they were so nice in the reception canceling the booking. I've never been in the hotel but just for the service I can tell they deserve an excellent!!
This hotel is so beautiful, so modern and perfect
Excellent hotel/apartments in a superb city centre location. Room was very clean, spacious with everything you needed. Room was a little on the hot side, even with the thermostat on minimum, so had to open a window. Very comfy bed, nice shower and kitchen. Staff were second to none, some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. We have already booked our next stay.
