Rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. Free WiFi is excellent. Great central location. Staff are helpful and cooked breakfast was first rate. Superb value so highly recommend.
One word. LUCY. The lady at the front desk was charming and so helpful. From giving me directions to the hotel on the phonento checking me in and then moving me to better accommodation when there always a fault found in my booked room. She deserves a pay rise!
The mark of good customer service is not that issues arise but that when they do, they are sorted efficiently, promptly and with minimum fuss. Lucy dealt with the problem like a true professional.
Also, in terms of location, cleanliness, service they are all ticks. Get Britain moving and if in Liverpool, stay here and be moved by the warmth of these fantastic people!

The hotel was situated in the centre of Liverpool 2 minutes from the bars and restaurants that the city is famous for.
The hotel itself, as it's name implies, is based on an ocean going liner and this theme is carried on throughout.
The rooms are modern, bright and have all the amenities of a class hotel.
The staff were courteous, welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
Would recommend this hotel.
My wife and sister had to be in Liverpool for 7am and the staff at the Liner allowed them to book into their room for that time, this was really appreciated. The only girl whose name I got was Katie, what a lovely girl. Thank you for making a truly stressful time more bearable.
