Reviews from visitors:
I am thankful for receiving me. I was there in 2013 because I didn't have a room to stay, I was scammed with a b&b, and the staff was very kind in offering me a room. The place is nice and it's good for a budget visit. The staff are nice and kind, and it's well located, very close to the main landmarks.

Situation is 9/10
Clean and tidy 10/10
I can strongly recommend.
If you want to visit the Beatles places and the downtown as well – this is the best choice for you!
Very good value. I had a room in Cocoon, comfortable bed, good shower, clean and had everything I needed. Aircon makes it a bit chilly and there is a high heat electric radiator which works quickly.
The two staff at the check in were very nice and accommodating. An extra bed was provided without problems. The rooms were clean, the bathroom was ok. Unfortunately, the hot water goes out every now and then, when many people take a shower. The location of the hostel is very good, numerous pubs, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The train station (Lime Street) is about a 10-minute walk. We will gladly come back when we are in Liverpool.
The burgers are amazing , and a lovely atmosphere , and a lovely little place
