Absolute awful service. We booked a double bedroom, only to find out TWO single beds next to each other. Walked in a room which has nasty smelling toilet.
Informed the management. They said they will investigate and inform us. They have not done that.
Highly recommend if you're willing to WASTE your money.
Everything possible went wrong when we arrived BUT the staff went above and beyond to change our room and make sure we had everything we needed! For ever GRATEFUL to Kevin "the manager" lovely man that saved and made our weekend special! Thank you staff!

Great location and amazingly comfy bed. Staff were lovely and I was able to to use the gym at Seel Street. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook if you wish.
Not the hotels fault but there was building work going on from 7.45am every morning next door. Also because the apartments are on the main road it can get loud with people walking home from their nights out. I would bear this is mind if you are a light sleeper (didn’t bother me too much!)
All in all a great stay would recommend.
We were booked in to room 16 at Epic apart hotel Duke st for 2 nights and could not fault it at all,the only problem we had was with the restaraunt which is part of this group,we were told at reception that as guests we would receive 40% discount on our meal, we were a group of 7 adults and 5 kids ,on arival at the resteraunt we asked about the discount and was informed that it would only be 20%,still better than nothing, my wife went up to the bar to pay the bill as it was a treat for our family i could tell she was not happy but refused to comment in front of the kids,when we got back to our room we looked at the bill and learned that we had only received 10% discount and on top of that they had helped themselves to a hefty 25% service charge without our permision + the tip my wife had left on the plate , in all the service charge plus the tip came to over £60,on further inspection we noticed that an extra discretionary £1 per diner was added to the bill , another £12 , so my advice is by all means stay at the apart hotels as they are very good and central to liverpool 1 but avoid the Masonsliverpool resteraunt. our stay was on monday and tuesday of this week, we had 3 apartments between us and wa all loved them.
