Just got back from a lovely weekend staying here.
The safety measures put in place where fantastic, friendly attentive staff who were on hand 24/7.
Rooms were tastefully decorated Beatles themed, not over the top, and very clean on arrival.
We had 2 excellent night's sleep on the big comfy beds.
Breakfast was as good as it could be under the Covid situation.
I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great location. The hotel is beautiful and well decorated, the staff is polite and helpful. The parking price is good. Definitely recommend.
Avoid if at all possible. The rooms are tiny with a miniature plastic bathroom module crammed in the corner; there is currently no housekeeping service at all (“due to COVID, Sir”); we asked for two defects in our room to be fixed, and were told that there is no maintenance service either. So tough luck.
The breakfast that was paid for in our rate was a manky takeaway bag with cheap supermarket cereal and a greasy croissant. Revolting. We’re easily pleased, and love staying in Premier Inns and Travelodges. This place, unfortunately, is a badly managed and badly staffed dump.
Very attentive, friendly and helpful staff. The decor and design of the hotel is nice, cosy, just the rooms small. Great location with car parks around the corner.
