Exceptionally good value, conveniently located for many restaurants and bars including the good priced burgers in the Hamburgheria 4mins walk away. Good self service continental breakfasts and rooms were the quietest we've stayed in Lisbon. Understated, very stiff front door opens up into several bedrooms on 3 floors and a basement, (cool in October), breakfast area.
Very clean and nicely decorated, updated rooms and wonderful outside balcony to have breakfast in the sun. COVID measures taken seriously and very welcoming atmosphere.

We stayed for 5 days at this place. We really enjoyed it, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel also has their own app. With this app you can find all the nice places in the neighbourhood. Also enjoy the nice cocktails at the bar. And in the morning get a good breakfast. We will definitely return here.
What an amazing small luxury hotel. This is probably one of the best luxury boutique hotels i have stayed in. They even upgraded me to the suite which was a truly exceptional experience.
Everything in the apartment is new and works awesome. Extremely clean and tidy. All the extras and the amenities are there. You don’t need anything. And the bed is amazing.
The staff is very kind and professional. Even in this tough covid times they really made my stay truly enjoyable.
Wonderful hotel. Amazing staff, beautiful bedroom and a nice location. The lounge is also very cozy with fireplace and soft background music. Highly recommended!
Fantastic breakfast and exceptionally helpful staff. The only downside for us (hence the 4*) was the hard mattress and not brilliant pillows. Charming House is in a great location for exploring Lisbon; right on the historic tram 28 route and has a number of trendy and high quality restaurants nearby.
Friendly staff, beautiful plants everywhere, relaxing pool and roof terrace. Got great suggestions for things to do in Lisbon. Location was good and price was very reasonable. Comfortable bed and not too loud.
Only negative things were that we had to move rooms for no apparent reason during our stay and our first room had no toilet brush. Also the floor in the room was just a little bit sticky.
When you walk into the hotel you will be attracted to its special atmosphere. The hotel staff are genuinely friendly with big smiles that will make you feel it's home away from home, which is not something you can find in many places. The breakfast is another highlight with made to order pancakes fresh orange juice and eggs. The room is spacious and comfortable, even equipped with a small kitchenette. Very well managed hotel chain. Highly recommended!
Really nice hotel . The highlight is the rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served . Marco and Gonzalo who work there are super friendly and helpful.
The rooms are good and well equipped. The bathroom is a little small but does the job well. Recommended.
Unique friendly hotel. Tastefully decorated bedrooms and lounge / communal areas. Great welcome and very professional staff. Excellent breakfast. We cannot wait to come back.
Great room, comfy sleep and very clean. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice continental breakfast with a good selection. Located away from the centre however tram, bus and metro stations are within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. Would not hesitate to go back.
