My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this cozy and unique hideaway. Important to mention is, that it is located in central Lisbon, super close by walking to many famous sights and places to visit. The staff is perfectly instructed and attentive to assist you regardless of any wish or question. We can absolutely recommend Torel Palace, because we really had a palace-like stay and view over the city. And if you're a cat lover you'll enjoy being welcomed by a sweet neighbour-cat which regularly visits the place and is always up for snuggles :)

Nomad 64, Katarina and Rita was already in contact with me a few days ahead before I arrived. I really appreciate the care they take into on the arrival of their guest.
Instructions provided to me was very clear and checked on me if I had a good sleep and had any problem doing a self check-in as I arrived in the evening.
The kitchen and dining area was a nice place. I felt that I was staying at a home more than a hostel. The WiFi connection was good as well. Breakfast was all you can eat. I reckon people who choose to stay here value their privacy and also enjoy the quietness of the place. I honestly preffered this over the busy and loud hostels.
You can make more quality connection at the dining space. Should I visit Lisboa again, Nomad would be my place to go.
Thank you Nomad 64!

Exceptionally good value, conveniently located for many restaurants and bars including the good priced burgers in the Hamburgheria 4mins walk away. Good self service continental breakfasts and rooms were the quietest we've stayed in Lisbon. Understated, very stiff front door opens up into several bedrooms on 3 floors and a basement, (cool in October), breakfast area.

What an amazing small luxury hotel. This is probably one of the best luxury boutique hotels i have stayed in. They even upgraded me to the suite which was a truly exceptional experience.
Everything in the apartment is new and works awesome. Extremely clean and tidy. All the extras and the amenities are there. You don’t need anything. And the bed is amazing.
The staff is very kind and professional. Even in this tough covid times they really made my stay truly enjoyable.

Amazing location and reasonable price, although the building itself will be challenging to find (and the hotel’s located on its 5th floor). It has a common living area with a nice shared kitchen which only lacks a coffee machine.
The bedrooms are really comfortable and cozy, however, there are some annoying design problems such as the noisy bathroom door and its badly designed sink (which can easily cause some watery mess if you’re not careful). Minor issues, but still noteworthy.

+ excellent location, you can visit most of the touristic sites by foot and plus you have all the types of public transport connection metro, bus, train station just next to it.
+ Clean and nicely decorated
+ Comfortable bed
+ Excellent service staff
+ You have tea and coffee during the day unlimited
+ Shopping area and partying area are also on walking distance
A point for improvement could be the breakfast, which is a good one, but basic and it's ok for 2 days, but if you're staying longer it becomes monotonous. Plus, I didn't know it's possible to ask an omelette,it's not that obvious.
Definitely recommended

If you are looking for accommodation that feels welcoming and sincere, especially beyond the usual hotel chains, then this lovely guesthouse should be right for you. Once through the nondescript door, between the two shops, and up the old elevator you'll find a friendly and warm set of rooms. The central location should be enough, coupled with the helpful staff and the amazing views - especially if you can get one of the top floors.
