Nice, clean hotel but quite small suite. Close to amenities. Lovely staff
Friendly staff and generally clean rooms. I am giving four stars only because the breakfast was fairly limited and we waited ages to be seated.. Also, payment of local tax is only in cash which is a bit of a pisstake in 2021.
The location of the hotel was good, not in a busy part of the city however easy to acces. We booked a studio, which was okay, however I do feel tricked. On the pictures they advertised coffee machine in the room which we didn't have, and I needed to start my day well. Breakfast was included in the price but it was a poor breakfast. Staff was friendly, sometimes bit hard to get them
understand us. Also there was no cleaning during our stay because of corona...
All in all we had an okay stay
Due to current states occurring worldwide and travel bans impacted,had tried 3 times to email the hotel to cancel with no acknowledgement or reply from them. They never confirmed payment and refusing to refund the payment even though a flexible rate was booked. Worse customer experience I've had dealt with, unapologetic, unprofessional doesn't leave a great impression at all, and unfortunately extremely unhelpful and not accommodating. Tried to call what's app, didn't connect. Called directly, after asking to cancel, said they would email back & hung up. Atrocious. Don't even bother to book. Asked for credit card details on booking, never asked for the price when accepting details, and taken the whole amount. I've now escalated this. Be warned if you do book with them. Such an unfortunate experience and have given 2 and half month's notice, they don't care just want to take people's hard earned wages.
Cozy atmosphere. Felt like you are at home. Staff was very nice and helpful. They were always trying there best to help out in any situation. Offered free breakfast. Clean and friendly environment. Would love to come back again. Close to a grocery store and walkable to many different restaurants and rooftop bars.
