We booked online for 3 days, not knowing what to expect. Our first room was spacious, clean and lovely. So we kept renewing the booking. Because of changes in availability, we stayed in 3 different rooms over the course of two weeks.
There is one room that still has an odor problem, and is probably the cause of bad reviews. We refused it and were moved to our third nice room.
The desk staff was wonderful, thank you particularly to Joanna and Teressa. The bedding was comfortable, the rooms were nicely decorated and quiet, even on the street side. Breakfast was very nice, lots of choices, good scrambled eggs.
