Absolutely amazing experience! The staff is wonderful. They are very helpful, caring and kind. I did not manage to get time to boy some Portuguese wine and cheese and the hotel staff kindly offered me a bottle of whine and cheese (some of the best brands). I loved everything about the stay.

We have been travelling in Portugal for 3 weeks. Our first experience on arrival and last on departure has been made so easy and comfortable by this lovely friendly and luxurious hotel and its staff. Its out of the main stream but has a bus stop at the door.
This is a lovely boutique hotel with big, modern rooms and nice amenities. Despite being modernized, it keeps the charm of an old building. I can't say enough about how helpful the staff was. It's not in the middle of town but the desk can call a taxi that will be there in minutes; it's about €5 to town.
