Starting with the check in everything went perfect. The staff is wonderful, of course they can be a little picky about the safety measures, but that's the rules and in the end it's for our own good. I must say i felt totally safe during my stay. The room was really comfortable and cozy with a lovely view from the square in front. The breakfast was very good and i loved the Italian restaurant.
The hotel Figueira is a new very modern hotel. The front desk staff are very friendly & helpful & the rooms are comfortable with a great view of the square. I would definitely stay again.
The charm and simplicity combined with the character of this place is just amazing. The staff, from the arrival to check out were super professional and attentive - I had a few requests and they made it happy with a smile! The fact that the hotel and the restaurant arebin the same area made it so easy to manage a stay on a rainny day! The cocktails and the food, delicious. Can only give 5 stars!
Really excellent trained personnel. All are very friendly and competent, rather a 5 star hotel instead of 4 stars. Modern hotel in a really nice city. Just great
I booked this hotel with booking.com, and when I arrived in front of the door, I realized that the hotel is closed, probably shut down since the beginning of the pandemic. I don’t understand how this can happen, as I might not be the first one, and the hotel is still available to book on the website!
Finally they invited me to go in a different hotel of the same group, but it was still not the good one. I had to walk in 3 different hotels to finally find a room with my booking, without any apologize. What a shame
