Fantastic breakfast and exceptionally helpful staff. The only downside for us (hence the 4*) was the hard mattress and not brilliant pillows. Charming House is in a great location for exploring Lisbon; right on the historic tram 28 route and has a number of trendy and high quality restaurants nearby.
The staff is very friendly and helpful and the whole place is very nice. The rooms aren't really big but you've got enough space there. The bed is comfy and everything is clean. The downside is that the room seems to be a bit moist what you can see on the curtains and windows...
The breakfast is alright, but if for example there aren't any more eggs or croissants on the buffet it takes quite a while to get some new one.
The hotel also has a nice little backyard where you can relax. It's a nice place for a city trip!
Very very nice small hotel, newly renovated and very clean, charming and discreet hosts, lovely courtyard with a small pool, excellent breakfast with a croissant like in Paris, small room but decorated in good taste, extremely well located in the real Lisbon, dans son jus, not destroyed yet by international shops and brands!
Clean, quiet, perfect area for main attractions, very good quality service, fresh breakfast options and the staff just amazing people making you feel better than home
Gorgeous locale, attentive and thoughtful service staff and located perfectly for all your Lisbon wandering. The breakfast is great as well.
