I made a booking I paid on Booking.com and it was a complete disaster... With the covid crisis we couldn't leave France and we ask to rebook later as we paid in advance. They made all they could to deny all their responsabilities. Refusing to talk to us even though they agreed to do it with booking. Please do no book in this hotel during the crisis all they improve to do was to stole us 560€ for a trip we never made.
Hostile hotel...The hotel itself might look nice, but the service was terrible. I booked a bedroom with a queen size bed for me and my girlfriend and got a bedroom with two separate beds. Asking whether we could switch rooms, they told us that it was my fault and to pay an upgrade of 50€. Absolutely ridiculous! The guy at the reservation should switch to another job. Never again! He did not even try to compensate it and blamed me.
MASSIVE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
If you consider to book a stay in Lison Art Hotel I would highly recommend you to serach for place that does not ignore customer’s inquiries. Long story short, hotel has stolen our money, first declared a voucher as a refund, asked us to follow up via reservations@lisbonartstay.com and haven’t responded to any of our e-mails. You can read more on fb. We are not the only one’s who have been deceived!
Friendly staff, you can enter the nice bar/cafe, with live music, from the same Art brand from the lobby.
Rooms are clean and well kept. Coffee, fridge, etc. couch an chairs are not comfortable but do the job.
Roof terrace has a nice view, outside and inside seats.
Excellent located in the city centre. City supermarket and breakfast restaurants just around the corner. 24h reception staff.
The apartment decor was on point. Felt like there was a lot of history towards the apartment. The water however, fluctuated sometimes but overall, a great place to stay. It is nearby so many good restaurants and attractions.
