We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were especially clean and the breakfast was great. They did a wine and cheese welcome offering that was a really nice way to start our trip. I would recommend this hotel - it’s in a great location and it’s a really comfortable stay.
Great place to stay in Lisbon. They really know the meaning of hospitality and made us feel so comfortable. Cozy rooms and the breakfast was really good and thanks to the attentive and very friendly staff, we can only recommend this place. We will come back :)
Thank you so much for the lovely stay! Very charming hotel with unexpected amenities like a treat every night and wine/cheese on arrival. The rooms were super clean and the location was perfect, as it's in an adorable residential neighborhood with lots of restaurants. Highly recommend!
Because of corona virus we cannot travel to Lisbon and stay in the hotel. Hotel didn't even give option to change the dates for travel. Basically the hotel just took the money from student couple and left no options for the guests. Not recommended for anyone. I'm student of hospitality and really surprised about the customer service. I would always give an option to a customer even though times are rough.
Even though they offer a free cancelation policy on booking.com after more than 3 months they have NOT paid me back for the first night.
They have also decided to not reply anymore to my emails... I will definitely stay elsewhere next time I visit Lisboa.
