A truly exceptional hotel! The staff was prompt and friendly from start to finish. Their service and food are some the best I've had anywhere in my travels. Rooms are clean, modern, and kept stocked with fresh espesso and teas for any palate.
Nice hotel and great location. Breakfast is adequate and the staff are really friendly.
My only complaint would be the foul smell in the common areas. Even with a mask, the smell in the lobby and elevator is extremely off-putting. Not sure where the stench is coming from but it's comparable to a sewer or a dirty diaper.

Place is very dead because of this covid. Staff are very nice and friendly. They require you to wear a mask which I don't like because I believe this covid is just a big scam but in saying that everywhere here is the same so I can't fault them on that. Lovely rooms with great 2 head showers. The view from our hotel room is lovely
Not only all 5 star hotels should be like this but also most of other intervontinentals should also use this particular location as an example. Great food, perfect service.
