An interesting boutique hotel located between the bay and the lake. The territory requires putting things in order. The hotel itself looks authentic, but the biggest disadvantage for me personally is its location - outside the city (in the area of Pribrezhnoe) - far away.
We rented a house by the water (the most expensive location in the hotel) 1. Constantly leaking plumbing. If you, like me, find it hard to fall asleep to the noise of a gurgling toilet, give up room 2. There is a promo beer fridge in the middle of the room, surrounded by antique furniture! That's horrible! 3. At every step, you will be offered to pay in cash or transfer via Sberbank online. Each time you have to insist on paying by card. 4. Very narrow bed! Teenage one and a half. And short. 5. The quality of the textiles is below average. About the quality of the shampoo, etc. I won't say anything at all. 6. The staff are used to working in two stars and sincerely do not understand why you are demanding better comfort. 7. The declared bath in the room does NOT work. I think this is just a hoax!
