Average at best. Given its location and star rating, one would expect more. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have some form of a strong bond with Radisson - Accor or IHG offer better bang for a buck in Kaliningrad. However, I'd you need to be in the city centre then this Radisson is really hard to beat.

If you want to enjoy shopping, restaurants, or cafes, then this hotel is perfect for you for its location. But if you want to enjoy the tourist spot and iconic places of Kaliningrad, better to choose another place. Hotel is perfectly splendid. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staffs.

Nice,clean and clear service as in all regular SAS hotels . All good - service,staff,food.But the location is not that nice as it can be in this city.
