The hotel staff is great, all of them are charismatic and considerate. I loved the room they put me and my family, although we had to ask to have a small refrigerator for it (the staff was fast and efficient to execute the request, though). The downsides of it were the cold shower (warm option wasn't working) and the lack of diversity in the breakfast.

Nice hotel, rooms are clean, people are very friendly and speak english, location near the beach and restaurant, perfect for a good time in joao pessoa
