One of the best breakfast I've ever had.
SPA good enough, ski rentals is also good and cheap, if to book equipment for 3 days and more. Very close to elevator to all routes.

It is easily the best hotel in Gudauri. Very good rooms with balcony. The hotel has a very good restaurant and the staffs are also very friendly. The breakfast is also very good.
Great Hotel The Stuff is pretty nice
The rooms are clean and beautiful, we got a view from our room that is straight from a movie
The breakfast is also really nice has also a nice vegan options
But i do suggest to see if the ski season is open before coming because if it's not there's not much you can do
The hotel also has a restaurant for lunch and supper but I don't recommend it so much you can get better food from the restaurant outside
