I haven't been there yet, but would love to live a review for treatment I've received so far.
Let me explain:
On January twelve is my mother's birthday. She lives in SP Brazil, and i live in the US. Unfortunately for this year due to the COVID i can't travel and i decided to give her a gift.
I made a reservation online, on Expidia , which was easy to do. After that i decided to add one more night to my parents to stay. Expidia were sold out, the hotel really stepped up and helped me out. I called the hotel directly from the US and I i spoke to a lovely gentleman named Thomas.
Thomas was extremely helpful. He helped me add one extra day to my reservation, he sent out some paper work, that i had to fill out and return, he went above and beyond.
Thank you so much Ibis Styles for hiring employees like Thomas (Tomas).
PS: Ill be updating this review after January 15 to give my parents opinion about Ibis.
Been in much better ibis before. Tv didn't work. The site experience was horrible. Booked few rooms and got there was wrong. Lots to improve.
Where do I start ?
This is a relatively new hotel or should I say was.
Firstly I tried to change the dates due to weather conditions, not possible I understand this so,I emailed to say we would arrive a day late no problem so I thought. Can you believe it the room wasn't ready strange because they had an extra day. When we got in the room an hour later the door to the shower was jamming on the bottom causing difficulty to open, the telephone didn't work so we couldn't call the service team .Also the safe was locked so couldn't use. We had to go out for dinner because the restaurant is closed evenings,on returning half the door frame was on the floor. . Apart from that, the staff was good on arrival and the room comfortable .What's Going to happen tomorrow.
