Got the holiday off to a great start. Greeted by Isobel ( friendly and professional)and she helped us park the car ,secure underground and only meters from hotel.
Shown to our room and pleased it was spacious clean and decor was clean contemporary. Beds and pillows comfy.
Self catering facilities good better still nespresso coffee machine.
Good location to explore. We had a room first floor onto road. Not a main road more pedestrian quiet enough as double glazing and shutters.
Would recommend to others.
Have spent five nights in Granada.
Isobel greeted us on arrival & upgraded us from a studio to a one bedroom apartment.Room was wonderful.On arriving we had also made enquiries about washing our clothes as we had been travelling for quite awhile.Isobel again organised for another one of her team Maria to have them washed using a washing machine from another empty apartment. Nothing was a bother.All the staff including Barbara couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
Friendly staff and nice room. The hotel needs a newer wifi router, it is too limited on how many devices can be connected to it simultaneously. Because internet is crucial for my work I would only return to this hotel if the hotel staff were to upgrade their network.
Great location, apartments are fully equipped, clean and very comfortable.
Friendly and english-speaking staff, would recommend without any hesitation.
Beautiful, practical, peaceful and comfortable apartments with very personal service and attention from reception (Isabella). Would definitely recommend.
