This is a great place in the middle of the old city on a street with no traffic , very calm at night. Javier is a perfect host, easy communication. The apartment is Brand new and very comfortable and supper clean. Better then many 5 star hotels. Lovely mysterieus inner court with water spring and elevator. Very nicely done all the way. Comfortable beds ( 2 separate bedrooms) and deluxe bathroom+ fully set up kitchen: dishwasher,washing machine dryer etc. We would give it more then 5 stars and advise Javier to raise the price for this gem in the center of Grenada. Very happy to have stayed here,we will advise our friends to book here. Highly recommended!!! Thank you!!!
Bert nice apartment on a good location. Top shower, good internet, modern furniture and also very good communication with owner.
It started with excellent communication to establish the reservation and was outstanding from there. We were a group of 8 adults in the top floor 4 bedroom/3 bath unit for 5 nights. Decorated to the luxury level and equipped with everything you could need; full size refrigerator with ice maker, induction cooktop, convection oven, microwave, 3 types of coffee maker, quality small appliances, cookware, dishwasher, laundry and the bonus of being on the top floor, an outdoor patio. Detergent for the washing machine, dishwasher and sink were all there as well.
All of the bathrooms are top quality including bidets. Two are ensuite, one on each floor, and are of the modern open concept design. The third bath is on the first floor and is intended to be shared by bedrooms on both the first and second floors of the unit.
Bedding and beds were all very comfortable and maid/towel service is available upon request. Plenty of closets and drawers for those staying more than a few days.
There is a fruit and vegetable stand across the street (no vehicular traffic) and a Carrefour Express just around the corner. Ground transportation is just steps away as are some very nice bars and restaurants (Poe and Omkalsum) with the best Sangria at Restaurante El Deseo.
This is a great place to clean all the apartment's requirements, but there is the problem of the bathrooms are not independent and shared the bedrooms without doors and this is not suitable for some, the place in the alleys old and very quiet away from the noise
It is in the center. The apartment where we were very well equipped, nice and comfortable. The excellent treatment. I recommend it.
