My husband and I spent two nights at Hotel Casa Morisca in Granada during a weeklong trip through Spain. The hotel was perfectly situated at the foot of the Alhambra and a stone's throw from City Center. Beyond it's ideal location, the room was cozy, warm and clean with beautiful views of the Alhambra and surrounding rooftops. Victor, the concierge, was very helpful in determining nearby tapas spots. Great stay! Would highly recommend to fellow travelers.
Authentic Moorish hotel with views of the Alhambra. Rooms are on the small size, but they are in good condition. Breakfast is served in a cave-like lower floor, which was awesome, and the staff are very helpful. Recommended if staying in the old part of town! Tip: While this hotel has parking, I would not recommend driving in the old city. Streets were too narrow, not to mention all the people on the street.
Beautiful hotel, extremely comfortable rooms and the owner was very helpful
Beautiful, based around a gorgeous central courtyard. Our room was comfortable with a good bed and a cute balcony with a view of the Alhambra. Friendly staff and a very peaceful atmosphere. Great location on the edge of the tourist area with good access to the Alhambra, Sacramento and the busy viewpoint at San Nicholas.
On the edges of town but very close to where you want to be. The hotel advertises a bar, but I couldn't locate it. They also say that noise travels easily thoughout the building - and I certainly found this: and my compact room only looked on to the inner courtyard. Notwithstanding which, on the whole, this is a pleasant and comfortable enough place.
Breakfast in the cellar gives diners a wide choice.
Peaceful location; good staff and not bad value.
