We had a enjoyable stay here for our 6 year anniversary. Room was tidy albeit could have been cleaner as we found a hair on a curtain but despite that we had a good stay. We had breakfast included which we changed to an earlier time easily as we woke up early. Pool was a big plus for my partner, chairs were always damp but once you put a towel down it was okay. Overall it was a nice stay but bit dated.
We stayed here for our 20th wedding anniversary as a treat and it was great, but some things to note. When it was built it was classed as a 5 star but since then, while its super nice, it feels a little less than 5 stars. Maybe 4.5. That’s simply because things like the carpet are wearing out or furniture has been well used. The rooms are amazing. Staff are super friendly. It’s an amazing place to wonder around. The restaurants have a delicious range of food. Now of course you pay more for everything but that’s because it’s an exclusive hotel. They also gave us a special treat for our anniversary which is in the photos. It was very touching! You certainly get the feeling of class I was when you move into the different areas. It was really good.

The rooms are quite outdated, but still nice!

Easy free parking, quick check in, impressive foyer, good location next to the marina shopping centre for residents and bars. Could be improved with more sunbeds instead of massive feature ponds that are not used for swimming. Our balcony was also dirty with debris and not cleaned in a while.
