I am currently staying here now. Staff are so friendly and helpful! The room is great for what you pay for! The beds are comfy great size room with a good size bathroom! Have loved staying here and when I come back up to the Gold Coast I will be booking here again. The pool is great and the cleaners here are wonderful! They are so nice, accomodating and helpful. Great location too 20 minute walk to pacific fair and not far from the beach either! Thank you for making our stay so great!
We booked through booking.com, and the photos displayed on the booking.com website were modern, well furnished rooms and this wasn't what we received. (The room when we arrived had very old furniture, was musty, with no fresh air, one single window with no security screen, and the room had an adjoining door to another room with a family in it who we could hear, and I'm sure, could hear us). We payed a little too much to feel okay about the room being so vastly different to what it was advertised as and won't be coming back. Despite this - the staff were really lovely and made refund etc really easy for us. Just beware if booking through booking.com - the images are not what you will necessarily get.
We stayed here for the weekend & were pleasantly surprised. Room was large though slightly dated & in need of a freshen up but the bed was large & comfortable. Staff were friendly & helpful and the location was great. All in all we enjoyed our stay & I would recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money.
Great location, clean & comfortable King suite room and nice swimming pool. Near to local restaurants and the Pacific Fair shopping and the Gold coast convention centre. We appreciate the free welcome drinks which we enjoyed on the first night at the hotel's pub and restaurant.
Don’t get me wrong the staff were really nice and accommodating with our requests, but the A/C wasn’t working for half our visit, took multiple talks and calls and was only when we told them it was leaving a puddle on our floor that they sent someone to look at it. When he took the filters out they were that thick with dust I’m amazed any air was able to pass through them, especially with covid so bad these are things that should be checked daily not monthly. Now we have all come home sick!!
