Our room was incredible and we loved the ocean view and the resort facilities.
The location is fantastic opposite the beach, close to the local shops and attractions.
The local bus and tram stops are close to the front door which was very convenient for our stay.
We will definitely love to stay at the resort again!
This was my second time staying at Rhapsody Resorts. Both times have been nothing less than great. The rooms were clean, had all amenities anyone would desire, and had great ocean views. The hotel is also situated at a great location. It is close to a quiet section of the beach, and a short walk to the centre of Surfers Paradise where most the restaurants/stores are. Therefore, the hotel is far enough from the busy part of Surfers paradise making it quiet, but still close enough to be part of the action when desired!
All interactions with staff members were great. There is also free parking on site (under the resort). Although parking is not allocated (it is a 'first come first serve' basis), I never had a problem obtaining a parking spot.
Highly recommend Rhapsody Resorts.
The view from our balcony was phenomenal! We stayed on the 33rd floor and it was awesome. The location is amazing and walking distance from Surfer's Paradise and Cavill Street. The 1 bed apartment was well kept and had plenty of space for 2 adults and a toddler. The only reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 5 is that the crockery was kitchen utensils were a bit dirty and needed a good scrub before use.
Where do I start! We checked into Rhapsody resort on Sunday morning after escaping from a nightmare of a hotel. The reservation manager was awesome, he surprised us and booked us into level 39 uninterrupted ocean views. From the moment you enter reception to the moment you open your apartment door, you notice how clean and hygienic this place is kept. Staff where very friendly both at reception and housekeeping. Very comfy beds, stunning pool area, not to mention the roof top chill out area. Would definitely be back.
Moved here after staying in a really bad apartment for one night. The girl on reception was great. Gave us a bottle of champagne.
Our room was perfect, cleaners every day, a.c. in main room and bedroom, bed was comfy and the sea view was awesome!
