One of the best locations on the Gold Coast in my opinion. Cross the road and you're on the beach. Lots of restaurants, bars and shops at your doorstep. You won't get bored.
We stayed on 40+ floor, the ocean view was stunning. The first night was extremely windy, we could not bear being on the balcony, but the rest of the stay had lovely breeze, so we truly enjoyed it.
Outdoor swimming pool and heated spa pool is a bliss! And it has ocean view. Indoor swimming pool is heated, very large, odd color choice though, green pool! There's also a sauna and a steam room, and an indoor spa pool. Overall the whole facility floor is just amazing.
Parking was easy enough. Even after we checked out, the nice lady at the reception gave us free parking for some more hours.
The suite has been well kept. It was cleaned and bed was made when we were out.
Kitchen, laundry, bathroom amenities, all there, all well equipped.
A few small things:
There's only toilet paper, no tissue.
Balcony doors do need some strong hands to close tightly, otherwise the wind will make a whistling noise.
Cushions and the rug in the living room need to be cleaned more often or deeply.
The staff were very lovey and accommodating. I had wanted a different room to the one I had booked but it was sold out. I mentioned this to the lady who checked us in and she found us the room which we had wanted initially. The room was lovely with large glass windows and a balcony viewing the ocean
Hired the function room, extremely impressed with the service. Special thanks to Moe and the rest of the staff for organising the event. The food was exceptional as well as the bar service. Will be a night to remember! Definitely coming back.
We had an amazing time! The room was outstanding and the view breath taking. The breakfast was so cheap and delicious! The staff and reception members were lovely.
The view from our room is perfect and the bed is also very comfortable. Very friendly stuff. Hotel guests have to park at B3 and need to pay parking fee each time driving out. I didn’t know hotel guests don’t have to pay parking fee and contacted customer service yesterday. They suggest me to contact’Care Parking’ by myself.
