Excellent stay and customer service at the Island, Surfers Paradise. Enjoyed a complimentary buffet breakfast too(adhered to social distancing rules). The King Suite is beautiful and featured great interior design. Try to book a high room as the noise from the Rooftop bar can travel to Level 1-5, although it didn't bother my friends and me. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would return again when visiting Surfers Paradise.
Beautiful everything and wonderful service.
The room we stayed in was beautiful and big. They put us in a room with an extra bed rather than putting us in the room we’d paid for on a lower level. The fixtures were very modern, cool beach design, and toiletries provided were surprisingly high quality. The room was quiet and dark at night and the bed was super comfy.
The check in process was quick and easy and parking was available in the drive way for taking our luggage up. Staff were incredibly accommodating in advising us where we could park our oversized van as cheaply as possible.
Beautiful private pool with a spa and excellent bars. The downstairs bar was a bit more chill if you’re looking for a beer and pizza with a view, or the rooftop bar if you’re looking for a younger, more dressed up crowd. All prices were incredibly reasonable, would expect to pay about 50% more for the quality and location.

Went to the rooftop for the grazing style lunch with 2 hour package. At $70pp, this includes 2 hours of unlimited cocktails, beers, wine and soft drink. Delicious tapas style foods and great service.
The manager was lovely and friendly and very accommodating.
Have been twice now and will continue to go back as great value for money :)
Awesome rooftop bar with a great vibe and good music. We visited this place pretty much every night on our stay. Drinks are reasonably priced as well. Service is pretty quick for a busy bar!
