I love the all you can eat seafood buffet here. It’s awesome value. Last time I went there I ate 12 dozen oysters.
There were plenty of options even for people who don’t like seafood.
The deserts were great I specifically loved the macadamia nut ice cream.
All the staff were friendly and helpful. Considering the range of food the price was actually reasonable.
I would definitely recommend eating at the restaurant if you enjoy seafood and I look forward to going back there again soon.
Hands down the best hotel I’ve stayed in on the coast so far... from the staff, to the food, service, facilities, cleanliness, the bed, everything was 10/10.
Even everywhere smells amazing that’s how good it is. Highly recommend and super family/kid friendly.
The fact you can drink and get service around the pool tops it all off. Although fairly busy on weekends, understandable. Will certainly be back!
Fantastic place to stay! Amazing swimming pools including waterfalls, waterslide and spas. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the entire hotel very clean, spacious and impressive. The rooms were lovely and well designed. I had a wonderful massage at the Ruby Spa. The hotel is also well situated, just a block from the tram station (which within five minutes can get you to the main street of Surfers Paradise and Pacific Fair just a little further along), and only 2 small blocks from the beach. The staff were also incredibly friendly, accommodating and helpful. A pleasure to stay here, I'll definitely be back!
Great stay. Beautiful views along the Gold Coast. Staff were very helpful & accommodating. Not too much for children here apart from the pools, & food costs exhorbitant. Rooms comfortable, although I was surprised that the bathroom supplies were quite limited.
Celebrated a family birthday at the Marriott during mid January as I had previously enjoyed the hotel on numerous occasions recalling upon the Seawater pool with live fish and excellent buffet.
Upon arrival we were informed the fish were vacated from the pool as pH was being adjusted, we were very disappointed as this was a main reason we chose this hotel.
After using the gym facilities the vast majority of equipment including the Sauna was signalled as being “Out of Order”, The rooms and lobby of the Marriott were outstanding but for paying over, $750 for a single night + $250 for the buffet brunch for 2 people, I at least expected the facilities to be available to use?
Overall the experience was disappointing and not indicative of the 5 Star Rating the hotel advertises.
