The hotel itself is nice! Modern lobby, good rooms, but the best of the hotel is the service. Everyone, without exception, is very professional. Lovely people who are passionate for what they're doing. Recommended without any doubt. Thank you
Front desk staff is amazingly helpful especially Federica she was very nice and even called around for us because we were looking to watch a soccer game on TV. We stayed here 2 nights with our dog. Very comfortable rooms and nice upgraded bathrooms. The second morning we attempted to have breakfast at the hotel, but an Italian soccer team was also staying at the hotel and they had some staff catering to them, which meant the rest of the restaurant was very short staffed, took us a while to even get a coffee and a pastry! Even with that little inconvenience would totally come back because of the super friendly staff!
Nice hotel 10 minutes away walking from the beachfront. The lady at the reception desk was overwhelmingly nice and provided us with maps a great advice about the city hotspots.
From now on my first choice will be Marriot hotels. Great place great price.
Very nice hotel with lovely bathroom and large room. Had dinner in the restaurant and the meal was beautiful...however they are very understaffed and there was one poor waitress trying to accommodate everyone in the venue - meaning a wait for drinks and table service. Wouldn’t expect that for the price paid for the meal... Roster more staff on!!! Had there been other options available in the area I would’ve gone somewhere else!
