Perfect for staying in Genoa!
The rooms were very clean, spacious and quiet and the breakfast was great.
They adjusted perfectly to the Corona situation and adapted the breakfast process accordingly but still provided great breakfast & service.
Overall the service was very attentive and welcoming! Especially Sonia, the receptionist, made us feel very welcome!
Nice hotel with a 12 Euro Parking place per night. The view from the 7th floor is awesome.
Location was perfect as a stop over hotel before our cruise. Room was clean and modern. Hotel staff was excellent, quick check in and check out. Buffet breakfast was great, good selection. Bartender was a sweet girl, provided us some insight on her city.

Homely feel
Large and clean rooms. Good service. Good breakfast. The location is a bit off, but the metro and bus stop is quite close so it's not that bad. The view is also quite boring with a road and industrial harbor outside the window. The rooms are well insulated so the road does not disturb at night.
