Room condition is too bad, fridge is not working, water lickage from Air condition. But staff behaviour is pretty good

Great location. Right next to train station. Also easy walk to the cruise terminal. Only problem was that air conditioning was not working properly.

The staff are very kind and ready to help whenever you need help

Hotel Galles is a very nice hotel to welcome visitors

The receptionist was really helpful and friendly but this is, by far, the creepiest hotel I've ever stayed in.
